At the mention of law, most everyone is a bit uncertain. Who can I trust? Who will protect my assets? How can I be sure? Marc W. Ingersoll graduated from Wake Forest Law School in 1990 and started out as an attorney working for large law-firms. Over the years he developed and strengthened his skills not only in law but also as a communicator, teacher, and advisor. Marc realized there was not only a great opportunity but a great need for a small law-firm that was able to deliver personal client relationships and excellent legal quality. After opening up a solo practice as Ingersoll and Associates in 2004, 6 years later another respected attorney and good friend of Marc’s, Daniel K. Hicks, saw the opportunity to join the law-firm and expand the services while maintaining the small firm atmosphere.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina Law School, Daniel had also spent years working in a large law firm developing an estate planning and tax practice.  Together, Marc and Daniel created Ingersoll and Hicks, PLLC in 2010. Since 2010, Ingersoll and Hicks has added another associate attorney and multiple paralegals in order to provide the best quality staff and service to our clients. In a society that is constantly growing and changing, having something constant and certain becomes a priority. That’s why at Ingersoll and Hicks, we strive to deliver legal services that you can trust.
